Multiple extracts may be submitted.
Graphs, charts, tables or graphics cannot be included.
The closing date is final. Conference Organisers will not be held responsible for errors caused by internet, hardware, service or power outages or unforeseen events.
It is the responsibility of submitting authors to ensure that the information submitted is their own work and is true and correct.
Extracts not adhering to criteria requirements are unlikely to be accepted.

Selected extract authors agree to:
- Provide session notes in Microsoft Word format (Arial 12 font) by 27 July 2017
- All speakers are required to register to attend the conference and are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and registration expenses.
- Successful speakers must be registered no later than 27 July 2017. Failure to register by this date may jeopardise your acceptance into the conference program.
- Speakers accepted into the conference program are able to register at a special discounted rate as part of recognition towards presenting at the conference. Conference registration cost includes the Welcome Function on the Wednesday evening, 2 days Conference Package, Conference Dinner and Awards Function on the Thursday evening.
