Course Overview

Managing swim teacher training across a busy aquatic facility takes time, consistency and specialist expertise. AUSTSWIM can help.

Developed in partnership with Life Saving Victoria, AUSTSWIM's Swim Teacher In-service Training is a practical on-site program designed to support swim teacher skills maintenance, professional development and safe learn-to-swim delivery.

The program includes discussion, practical activities, and trainer feedback across key areas, including duty of care, supervision, lesson safety, safeguarding, class management, emergency response, communication, rescue skills, and stroke development.
