Our History
AUSTSWIM’s passion for the aquatic industry has seen us grow and evolve over more than 45 years, continually strengthening our contribution to swimming and water safety education across Australia.
From our beginnings as a collaborative, industry-led organisation, AUSTSWIM has consistently focused on innovation, quality and evidence-based practice. This commitment has allowed us to support generations of swimming and aquatic teachers and, in turn, the wider Australian community.

- The first Adults swimming course
- Ongoing and significant investment in education and learning technology
