AUSTSWIM Welcomes New Chair Person

With over 17 years in an executive leadership role at the YMCA, she served as National CEO for the past five & a half years, recently leaving the Y and taking on a new National CEO role for Junior Adventures Group.
Throughout her career, Melinda has had the opportunity to work across many general operational and strategic management areas, including direct business planning, human resource management, financial management, and risk management in a national not-for-profit/ community environment.
Melinda serves on several NFP boards. Her formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology), Graduate Certificate in Management, a Diploma of Social Science, and a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
